Cylinder Head Bolt Set for Ford Transit / Ranger 3.2L
The Ford Ranger 3.2L (Duratorq/Puma) model utilizes two types of cylinder head bolts, corresponding to the following part numbers:
UH02-10-135 (M10 x 1.5, length 160mm): Primary bolts (larger size). U202-10-136: Secondary bolts (smaller size).
Description
Large Bolt Tightening Sequence (e.g., Part Number UH02-10-135)
Step 1: Tighten all large bolts to 10 Nm.
Step 2: Tighten all large bolts to 20 Nm.
Step 3: Tighten all large bolts to 50 Nm.
Step 4: Turn all large bolts an additional +180°.
Small Bolt Tightening Sequence (e.g., Part Number U202-10-136)
Step 1: Tighten all small bolts to 5 Nm.
Step 2: Tighten all small bolts to 10 Nm.
Step 3: Tighten all small bolts to 25 Nm.
Step 4: Turn all small bolts an additional +180°.
