Description

Diameter Runout: The standard range is 0.01 mm – 0.03 mm. The service limit is 0.05 mm – 0.10 mm; if this limit is exceeded, the camshaft must be replaced.
Maximum Cam Wear / Lift Reduction: If the maximum reduction in lift exceeds 0.40 mm, or the total cumulative wear on the cam surface exceeds 0.80 mm, the camshaft must be replaced.
Fuel Pump Eccentric Wear: The maximum permissible wear on the fuel pump drive eccentric is 1 mm; if this limit is exceeded, it must be replaced.
