Description
The Hyundai G4EC is a 1.5-liter, 16-valve, dual overhead camshaft (DOHC) gasoline engine from the Hyundai Alpha engine family. It features a cast iron block and aluminum cylinder heads, hydraulic tappets, a combined camshaft timing belt and chain, multi-point fuel injection, and a dual-coil ignition system. This engine is primarily used in the Hyundai Accent and its licensed models, as well as some Hyundai Getz models.
